We offer Fully Automatic Pelletizing Line (with
Die Face Cutter). These are designed for purpose of
continuous flow of pellets. Further, the material
discharged from dispersion kneader is usually irregular
in shapes and is difficult of handling manually. But
automatic feeding mechanism in the Pelletizing Line makes
it possible to produce continuous flow of pellets without
any special operating skills, thus resulting in
significant increase in efficiency as well as reduction
in number of operators required for manufacturing
process.

ideal for making Masterbatches & Compounding TPR, HD, LD,

Fully Automatic Pelletizing Line (with Die Face Cutter)
PPlast Fully Automatic Pelletizing Line has been designed
for the purpose of continuous flow of pellets. Material
discharged from a dispersion kneader is usually irregular
in shape and difficult of handle manually. But the
automatic feeding mechanism in PPlast Pelletizing Line
makes it possible to produce a continuous flow of pellets
without any special operating skill. Resulting in a
significant increase in efficiency and a reduction in the
number of operators required for the manufacturing
process. PPlast Peletizer combines both a feeder and an
extruder. The pellet cutting equipment operates on the dry
die-face hot cutting system. It also incorporates
mechanism to send air from the centre of cutter shaft
toward die by means of a blower. |

Features Cooling Effect
The cutter section (Pelletizer) incorporates a mechanism
to send air from the centre of cutter shaft toward the die
by means of a blower and the cooling effect has been
notably enhanced. |

Automatic Screen Changer
The Pelletizer is equipped with screens to remove dust and
impurities from the materials. It is also possible to
mount an automatic screen changer. |
